The progress of aeroengine mainly depends on its thrust weight ratio, and the key is the temperature bearing capacity of blade materials. When the turbine inlet temperature increases by 100, the thrust weight ratio of aeroengine can increase by about 10%. From 1965 to 1985, the average turbine inlet temperature increased by 15 every year, of which the contribution of materials was about 7. 70% - 80% of the realization of IHPTET plan in the United States comes from the improvement of materials. At present, almost all advanced aeroengines abroad use the third generation nickel base single crystal alloy containing 5% rhenium as the main material of turbine blades. The average service life of aeroengine turbine blades is 10 years. The peak of the second generation replacing the third generation single crystal blades is coming, and the consumption of single rhenium will double. Regardless of the change in the number of blades of a single engine, the demand for rhenium in the international civil aviation engine market will increase by 211% in 2017 compared with 2011, and the compound annual growth rate will reach 16%.
